Tracy was an excellent choice for selling our house in the Mt. Tabor neighborhood. She suggested a higher price point than we would probably have come up with ourselves and indicated that we would likely get competing offers over that, which we did. We collected offers for 3 days and then chose the offer from those. Prior to listing, Tracy made suggestions of things we should consider doing and what not to bother with. We think her suggestions were spot on. Tracy dealt with the contractors and was always in communication with us. She was easy to talk to and always available.

Tracy helped me buy my first house. During every step of the process, she made me feel at ease. She explained all of the little things I didn’t understand or even know about the home buying process. She was patient with me as we visited house after house, and she never rushed me – she even reminded me not to hurry through the process when I was rushing myself. She always made sure I was comfortable with every step or decision that needed to be made. She was always accessible for my questions or to schedule a quick visit to a prospective house. Specifically, an amazing house had just come on the market the day after Christmas on a Saturday. She was able to meet me for a visit on a Sunday morning, work with my mortgage broker Sunday afternoon/evening, and we had an offer ready to go first thing that next week when the seller was reviewing offers. A couple of weeks later, I had the keys to that very house in my hand.

I worked with Tracy to buy a house in March 2016 and sell a house in May 2016. I cannot say enough good things about working with her through both of these transactions. It’s such an emotional and stressful process and Tracy managed to find a way to make it fun. She was all business when I needed her to be and provided sound and thoughtful advice along the way. The Portland real estate market is crazy right now, but I never once felt pressured to make an offer or any quick decisions.
When it came to selling my house, again, she had great advice and put me in touch with great people to help get my house ready to sell (painter, roofer, etc.). She kept in regular contact and took all my panicked phone calls and texts in stride!

In a very challenging time for people to be visiting homes, Tracy made sure we were protected, clients were protected by requiring masks and making hand sanitizer available, and our home was secure in our absence.
